Communication

Communicate easily with your customers in Jublo. In the form, you can communicate directly with your customers both via email and SMS, tell your customers what has been agreed, send offers, contracts and much more. All dialogue between craftsman and customer is thus gathered in one place.

Offer

In Jublo you can easily and quickly create professional offers. Here you can create your own parts lists, the customer can accept the offer digitally, and Jublo can then create the case in your Order Management system. This runs automatically, of course, where you as the customer can activate Jublo's automatic follow-up and follow the offer.

Appointment notes

The contract notes ensure that there is no doubt as to what has been agreed. Create appointment notes and get digital acceptance from your customer. In this way, no one is in any doubt about what has been agreed and everyone can keep up with an agreement that has been reached.

Partner / Subcontractor

Send cases to your subcontractors via Jublo. Once the case is sent, you can communicate together internally on the case and you can follow the subcontractor's handling of the case from in progress to completed. You can also see your ratings on the cases, exchange pictures, drawings and more.

Booking

Let your customers book you when you have time. When a customer accepts an offer you've submitted, you can activate the booking. Based on calendar, geography and competencies, the customer can book the offer directly with you. We create the case in your Order Management System and add the correct employees.

Rating

When a case is closed, we send a message to the customer asking how the customer feels the case has been handled. We call this module rating. Keep up with your customers' satisfaction – sell more to customers with positive feedback and engage with customers who have submitted negative feedback on a case.

Scalepoint

With the integration to Scalepoint, we automatically create your insurance cases in your Order Management System. You can also automatically send an SMS to the customer that you have now taken over the case from the insurance company. Of course, this runs completely automatically.

Pipeline Management

In the Pipeline module, you can see how many quotations have been submitted and how many have been rejected. In short, you can control your entire offer pipeline. You can set values, expected close percentage, and more.

CRM

With Jublo CRM, you can easily create activities for yourself or your colleagues, ensuring that it is always followed up and ensuring that no customers are overlooked.

Reports

Reports are the be-all and end-all of a system like Jublo. In the report module we have several standard reports, but should you as a customer have a specific desire and need to retrieve other data, it is possible to create your own tailored reports.
